Releasing The Invisible Walls

ree

Here’s the truth I’m sitting with lately:

I’ve been feeling a little confined. Like I’m moving through life inside invisible walls I didn’t even know I’d built. Some are subtle, like “That’s not realistic” or “You’ve already done your big things.” Others are louder, like “Who do you think you are to want more?”

It’s wild how sneaky limitations can be. It doesn’t always show up as a hard stop. Sometimes it disguises itself as practicality. Or perfectionism. Or even over responsibility.

But when I slow down, when I breathe into my heart and listen from that place—not from my head, not from fear—but from my heart space, I can hear something deeper:

You are not meant to live confined. You are meant to live free.

So, I’m leaning into a new truth.

I’m choosing to believe that I am, in fact, limitless.

Even if I don’t have all the proof yet.

Even if I feel a little nervous admitting that out loud (and publicly with you all!)

Even if it’s tender.

Because… Why the hell not?

What if we let ourselves play a new game?

I invite you to ask yourself: What if the walls were never real but self-created?

The limits we put on ourselves keep us safe and protected from “danger,” but that is below the line perception, and I want you (and me) to consider something else… something bigger.

This is the work:

  • Catching where you shrink.

  • Noticing where you harden and limit.

  • Asking yourself: Am I constricting or expanding right now?

The truth is, most of us have been trained to live within limitations. We’ve been told not to dream too big, not to take up too much space, not to trust the quiet whisper of our soul when it says, “There’s more for you.”

But your heart, your true energy center, is where truth lives. And when we begin to trust it, when we let it lead, the game changes. Things open. Life softens. Possibility expands.

So this Mindful Moments is your permission slip (and mine too!)

Not to be reckless, but to be real.

Not to bypass fear (which can be treated like an overprotective friend), but to walk alongside it as you choose freedom anyway.

You’re not broken.

You’re becoming. And your energy—when aligned with your heart—is your compass home.

With heart,

ree
